Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service by efficiently addressing requests and concerns and proactively communicating with customers.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections upon parking and record all relevant details.
• Clearly explain valet pricing and procedures to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safe driving protocols.
• Report any accidents, safety issues, unusual events, or policy breaches to management promptly.
• Navigate using knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and highways to ensure smooth transportation experiences.
• Maintain punctuality and wear a clean uniform during each scheduled shift, staying in full uniform throughout.
• Support management by performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a valid state driver’s license with a current address and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
• Proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communicating with customers and colleagues and handling complaints effectively.
• Basic skills in reading, writing, arithmetic related to U.S. currency, and understanding work instructions, emails, and memos.
• Capability to follow both written and verbal directions and adapt calmly to changes or unexpected situations during work.

Physical Demands

This role involves standing and walking regularly, manual handling of cash and equipment, occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
