Responsibilities

As a Valet Driver, you will be an essential part of delivering excellent customer service while ensuring safety and efficiency in vehicle handling. Your duties include:

• Providing exceptional client service by responding promptly and proactively to requests and concerns, delivering consistent problem-solving and clear communication.
• Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles before parking, carefully documenting any observations.
• Informing customers about valet service rates accurately.
• Adhering strictly to traffic laws and practicing safe driving habits at all times.
• Reporting any accidents, hazards, unusual events, or policy breaches immediately to management.
• Familiarizing yourself with the local area, including major streets, landmarks, and highways, to facilitate smooth transportation experiences for customers.
• Maintaining punctuality and presenting a neat appearance in uniform during every shift.
• Complying with uniform requirements for the entire duration of your work period.
• Supporting management with extra tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and up-to-date address.
• Driving skills for vehicles with manual transmissions (stick shift) are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends if needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States, with valid documentation ready if hired.
• Ability to communicate accurate information and professionally address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including the ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic involving US currency and comprehend short instructions and messages.
• Capability to follow both verbal and written guidance and adapt calmly to any changes, delays, or unforeseen circumstances during work.

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment. Occasional duties include sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour plus tips. Eligible employees may enroll in comprehensive benefits, such as medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage (long and short term), life insurance, accident insurance, 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
