Job Overview

This full-time Utility Worker role is based at Rogers State University, Claremore, Oklahoma, working weekdays on varying shifts with an emphasis on open availability. Key Responsibilities

• Manually washing dishes or operating dishwashing machines.
• Cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, including worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and general floor maintenance.
• Disposing of trash and garbage at designated collection points.
• Cleaning equipment with specific chemicals to comply with sanitation standards.
• Restocking cleaning and supply materials such as soap and paper towels.
• Frequently walking or standing for extended periods during shifts that may exceed eight hours.
• Performing physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting items up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Consistently arriving on time and attending scheduled shifts reliably.
• Additional duties may be assigned depending on client requirements and business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• No prior relevant work experience necessary.
• Basic understanding of sanitation procedures and food safety principles.
