The prestigious Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is seeking a dedicated Utility Steward to join their stewarding team. This Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond destination spans 40 acres of tropical gardens and features 780 guest rooms along with over 100,000 square feet of banquet space. The resort hosts multiple dining venues including three restaurants, three bars, a café, and room service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all serviceware including chinaware, silverware, and cooking tools are impeccably cleaned and maintained.
• Keep pots and pans scrubbed and polished silverware burnished for presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels to guarantee that all supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and organized.
• Perform thorough kitchen cleaning duties such as mopping floors and removing trash to maintain hygiene standards.
• Prepare and arrange clean service items for banquets and special events to support smooth food service operations.
• Mentor and guide new steward team members to uphold and enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
