Key Responsibilities

• Acquire skills in utility locating methods, safety standards, and equipment operation
• Understand local utility infrastructure and related regulations
• Work alongside experienced locators to mark underground utility lines
• Operate locating tools and equipment proficiently
• Record and document findings through digital mapping technologies
• Perform duties under all weather conditions, often working alone in remote areas

Required Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorization to work legally in the United States
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Valid non-provisional state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (MVR)

Physical Requirements

• Regularly work independently in remote locations, use upper body strength, and perform fine motor tasks
• Frequently lift up to 55 pounds, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and operate computers
• Occasionally climb stairs, work in confined spaces, and use portable ladders

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $22.00
