User Experience (UX) Designer

About the Role

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and creative User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Singapore office. This full-time position requires a candidate with a minimum of five years in UX design and a strong record of delivering intuitive and user-focused digital products. You will play a key role in collaborating across teams to improve and innovate our platforms, ensuring exceptional experiences for all users.

Primary Responsibilities

• Organize and lead user workshops, co-design sessions, and engage stakeholders to effectively identify user needs and formulate design solutions.
• Create comprehensive user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, interaction flows, and prototypes, along with high-fidelity visual interfaces utilizing Figma.
• Perform usability and concept evaluations, gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and enhance design effectiveness.
• Work closely with product management, business units, technical teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure fidelity in design implementation.
• Manage the handover of designs, review implementation stages, and maintain design quality assurance practices.
• Maintain thorough design documentation while ensuring compliance with established design systems and standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in designing complex enterprise-level, SaaS, platform-based, or workflow-oriented digital products.
• A robust portfolio displaying comprehensive product design processes including UX research, user flows, information structuring, prototyping, and high-quality Figma creations.
• Deep understanding of systems thinking to effectively translate multifaceted business, operational, and technical requirements into impactful user experiences.
• Expertise in user interface and visual design principles, including typography, layouts, spacing, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
• Hands-on involvement in user research, usability testing, conducting workshops, and co-design initiatives.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems, reusable components, and standardized interaction patterns.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills to collaborate through the entire design and development lifecycle with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and take full ownership over the design deliverables.
