Senior UI Designer

Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior UI Designer to join our Singapore-based team. This role focuses on creating exceptional and user-centric interface designs that elevate product experiences across multiple digital platforms. The successful candidate will wield a passion for innovative, accessible, and intuitively usable designs that delight users and strengthen brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive user flows, clear information architectures, and interactive elements to ensure intuitive and efficient navigation.
• Create micro-interactions and motion design elements that enhance user engagement and provide visual cues.
• Develop attractive, functional user interfaces for websites, applications, and other digital media consistent with branding.
• Produce graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual assets adhering to brand guidelines.
• Choose and implement color schemes and typography that optimize readability and visual hierarchy.
• Build low to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to iterate and test design concepts effectively.
• Ensure that designs are responsive, adapting flawlessly across device types and screen sizes.
• Incorporate accessibility standards to support users with disabilities.
• Create and maintain design systems including style guides and pattern libraries to ensure product consistency.
• Participate in usability testing to evaluate design performance and refine interfaces based on feedback.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven background in experience design, product design, or similar roles.
• Advanced education, training, or certification in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or demonstrable superior skills in related design disciplines.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating UX/UI and visual design projects with a strong graphic design foundation that has made measurable business impact.
• Expertise with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Data, and Business units.
• Deep understanding of product design methodologies and awareness of emerging design technologies.
• Proven leadership, system thinking, planning abilities, and experience delivering projects in agile and dynamic environments.
• Self-motivated, organized, and efficient with strong analytical thinking and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
