Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and meticulous Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects through all phases, from initial conception to final delivery. The successful candidate will have substantial experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring that milestones are met on schedule, and encouraging effective collaboration across various teams. This position is based in Singapore and requires working from the office.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Lead and manage ICT or digital projects within a structured project management framework.
• Guide teams and stakeholders toward shared objectives, exercising influence without direct authority, while managing competing priorities and resolving conflicts in a positive manner.
• Quickly evaluate situations to identify root causes and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Utilize strong analytical and organizational skills employing a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Proactively foresee challenges and take decisive action to mitigate risks before they impact the project.
• Maintain effectiveness amid ambiguity and rapidly changing scenarios, adapting plans as necessary and reliably fulfilling commitments across several workstreams.
• Cultivate trust and manage expectations, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders during the entire project lifecycle.
• Demonstrate excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders and external parties.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of seven years experience in project management encompassing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
