About the Role

Tap Growth ai is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from initiation through to successful completion. This role requires a professional with extensive experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring punctual delivery and promoting effective collaboration among various teams. Based in Singapore, the position requires working onsite at the office.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Educational Background: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.

Experience: At least seven years of experience in project management roles overseeing intricate programmes with numerous stakeholders.

Technical and Professional Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise in leading ICT or digital projects using structured project management methodologies.
• Ability to mobilize and align teams and stakeholders towards shared objectives without direct authority, while skillfully managing competing priorities and resolving conflicts.
• Capable of swiftly analyzing situations, identifying root causes, and making sound decisions under pressure with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in forecasting potential issues and taking decisive steps to address them promptly.
• Adaptable to ambiguous and rapidly changing environments by adjusting plans as necessary, consistently meeting deadlines across diverse workstreams.
• Skilled at building trust, managing expectations, and keeping all stakeholders well-informed and coordinated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels as well as external partners.
