Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers, testers, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support system implementation, integration, and upgrades as needed.
• Create technical reports and user manuals for various audiences.
• Resolve system issues and provide ongoing assistance and maintenance.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a System Analyst or related role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Skilled in capturing requirements and mapping business processes.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience with enterprise-level systems is advantageous.
