US Non-IT Recruiter

About the Role

We are searching for a dynamic and communicative professional to manage the entire recruitment process for US Non-IT positions efficiently and accurately at Silverspace Inc. The position is based on-site at 605, 6th Floor, Silicon Tower, C.G. Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad.

Work Schedule: Night shift from 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST, operating five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for varied Non-IT roles in the US market.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates beyond conventional job board reliance.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to comprehend client needs and consistently deliver high-quality talent.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure high attendance and successful job placements.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least two years of solid experience recruiting for US positions.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written English communication skills required for effective interaction with US candidates.
• Display a strong recruitment methodology coupled with exceptional communication skills.
• Be willing and able to work the designated night shift on-site in Ahmedabad.
