Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic US IT Recruiter to join our team based in Lucknow. This role operates on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and requires working from the office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for IT positions including SAP, Oracle, Java, .NET, Python, and other technologies.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate follow-ups and feedback between clients and candidates.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and project stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience handling C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and W2 hiring requirements.
- Familiarity with core IT roles and technology stacks.
- Experience range between 1 to 5 years in relevant recruitment roles.
Work Conditions
- Night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Five working days per week (Monday to Friday).
- Location: Work from office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
