Overview

Qatar Airways is seeking a skilled Upholsterer to join their Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) workshop team in Doha. This role involves fabricating and recovering aircraft furnishing components while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and airworthiness standards.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and recover interior components of aircraft furnishings.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
Maintain company quality and standards throughout all upholstery work.
Ensure safety and airworthiness by adhering to manufacturers' recommendations.
Comply with relevant regulatory requirements including EASA and QCAA Part 145 during maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in upholstery work.
Proficient in operating and maintaining equipment and tooling related to upholstery tasks.
Knowledgeable in proper maintenance, handling, and operation of relevant tools and machinery.
