About the Company and Position
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited offers a career opportunity in the life insurance sector with a fixed compensation package plus incentives. The role available is Unit Manager within the agency channel in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new advisers to build your sales team.
- Drive business growth by working through the recruited advisers.
- Lead and supervise a team of advisers towards achieving sales targets.
- Encourage and motivate the team to meet and exceed their goals.
- Provide necessary training and ongoing support to improve adviser performance.
Experience and Eligibility
- Applicants should have between one to seven years of professional experience.
- At least six months of previous work experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is required for experienced candidates.
- Experience in customer-facing sales roles across any industry is acceptable.
- Prior exposure to the life insurance domain is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates familiar with LANE mapping, field prospecting, cold calling, and direct product pitching to new customers.
Education and Age
- Must hold a full-time graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Age of candidates should not exceed 33 years.
Compensation
The salary ranges from ₹25000 to ₹45000 per month, which translates approximately to ₹3.50 lakhs to ₹5.80 lakhs annually, inclusive of incentives. Final pay depends on interview performance, last drawn cost to company, and relevant experience.
