About the Role and Organisation
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and energetic individual to join the People team on a full-time contract basis as a Uniform Coordinator supporting all AVM sites. Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) operates three premier South Australian venues: Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre, and Coopers Stadium, as well as managing The Drive. The Adelaide Convention Centre is renowned for hosting global conferences, exhibitions, gala events, and is recognized globally for its versatility and innovation, having won multiple prestigious awards including Australia's Best Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Key Responsibilities
You will report directly to the Workforce Planning Manager and be responsible for managing all aspects of the uniform store operations. This includes uniform procurement, allocation, record administration, laundering coordination, and stock management across the organisation.

- Experience in stock control and maintaining accurate records;

- Ability to address uniform-related queries professionally and empathetically;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Willingness to work outside standard business hours, including weekends, if required.
