Uniface Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Uniface developer with at least five years of expertise to join our team based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience. This role requires proficiency in Uniface 9.x, with familiarity in Uniface 10.x and C# being advantageous, as well as intermediate skills in Oracle or SQL Server databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using Uniface 9.x primarily, with exposure to Uniface 10.x and C#.
• Collaborate effectively within Scrum/Agile teams, engaging with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to meet project goals.
• Independently manage and execute all assigned tasks within the agreed timelines without requiring supervision.
• Adapt work schedule to coordinate with US-based development, QA teams, and stakeholders, working until 9:30 PM IST during daylight saving and 10:30 PM IST otherwise, with flexibility to start later in the day.
• Continuously update and expand technical skills, with additional knowledge in Agentic AI and Generative AI considered a plus.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or comparable professional background.
• Minimum five years of practical experience in Uniface development.
• Proficient in Uniface 9.x; experience with Uniface 10.x is beneficial.
• Intermediate knowledge of C# programming.
• Competent in managing Oracle or SQL Server databases at an intermediate level.
• Experience working in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without direct supervision.
