Your Profile
- Approximately 4 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Domain Architecture, or equivalent architectural roles.
- Strong technical foundation, preferably supported by hands-on software development experience enabling a robust bottom-up understanding.
- Proficiency in integration architecture, application landscapes, and the application of architectural patterns in complex settings, including familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience working with heterogeneous system landscapes like product information management (PIM) systems, logistics platforms, pricing systems, or similar enterprise applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including clear communication, persuasive argumentation, and calm, structured handling of challenging project scenarios.
- Familiar with project-driven environments; experience in scaled agile frameworks is a plus.
- Fluent business-level English and conversational German are required, as project and product languages are German.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the ownership and evolution of the architecture within a full domain, aligning it with business objectives, technology decisions, and strategic priorities.
- Translate business requirements into well-structured solution architectures that comply with enterprise guidelines and principles.
- Support the domain lead and stakeholders in aligning domain goals and vision with the architecture roadmap to promote scalable, sustainable, and resilient solutions.
- Lead architectural efforts in strategic projects, defining and steering domain architecture to ensure seamless integration of new solutions into the existing application landscape and the domain’s progression.
- Actively facilitate project work and ensure the application of architecture and design patterns, navigating through diverse system environments while maintaining clarity on integrations, interfaces, and technology decisions.
- Share insights, lessons learned, and successes with peers to cultivate a transparent and collaborative architecture culture.

Compensation
The annual gross salary starts at 66,000 euros, with openness to higher remuneration based on experience and expertise.
Locations
Main offices in Vienna, Linz, and Wels (Austria); Munich, Berlin, and Würzburg (Germany).
