Job Description

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25 depending on your qualifications including experience, education, certifications, and skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the tub cleaner operates correctly and maintains proper temperature daily.
• Load the tub washer tank to capacity with dirty tubs throughout the shift and prior to shift end, then transport cleaned tubs to designated storage.
• Conduct various maintenance and cleaning tasks such as waste ink disposal, cleaning oily rags and trash, floor cleaning, and managing walkways by shoveling and salting as needed.
• Scrape leftover ink for reuse or rework in subsequent batches.
• Inspect the chain hoist every day to guarantee proper function.
• Operate the solvent distillation unit safely, following guidelines such as use of grounding and non-sparking tools.
• Assist with activities related to hazardous waste management.
• Oversee the proper removal of all trash during shifts, ensuring ink containers are scraped clean, and no ink or solvent waste is disposed of in regular trash.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Consistent punctuality and attendance essential.
• Strong work ethic is necessary.
• Reliability is considered an advantage.
