About the Role

Accenture, a global leader in professional services specializing in digital, cloud, and security solutions, is seeking a Trust & Safety Associate to join their team based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role focuses on content moderation to ensure a safe online experience by reviewing and managing user-generated content across various media formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine, categorize, and when necessary remove content following established client policies using designated platforms and tools.
  • Stay informed on evolving client regulations and guidelines.
  • Investigate and address complex content reports, escalating issues appropriately within the Trust & Safety team.
  • Represent and advocate for the interests of the online user community.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing process quality and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions and collaborative discussions to foster professional growth.
  • Participate in sensitive topic discussions to maintain the safety and integrity of online communities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Any graduate degree.
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong emotional resilience, stress management, and coping skills to handle exposure to sensitive and potentially distressing content.
  • Excellent English comprehension and communication abilities.
  • Objective and unbiased decision-making aligned with client policies.
  • Keen attention to detail and the capability to synthesize information from diverse sources.
  • Critical thinking aptitude combined with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Deep interest and understanding of internet platforms, culture, and online behavior.
  • High cultural awareness and sensitivity to political and social contexts relevant to the supported market.
  • Ability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is advantageous.
  • Must be over 18 years of age.
