About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of transport infrastructure investments by integrating planning studies, transport modelling, asset renewal programs, and strategic growth priorities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment on transport projects.
• Create project prioritisation frameworks to support decision-making.
• Prepare executive reports and budget submissions to guide evidence-based investment choices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in transport infrastructure planning and investment prioritisation.
• Understanding of portfolio management, business case development, and budgeting processes.
• Hands-on experience with transport planning, network analysis, and infrastructure assessment techniques.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and conducting effective workshops.
• Excellent abilities in report writing and preparing executive briefings.
• Capability to create prioritisation methodologies and investment frameworks.
