Role Summary
Due to ongoing expansion, RSM Ireland seeks a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its dynamic tax team. This role offers the chance to assist clients in designing compliant, tax-efficient structures aligned with their business ambitions. Responsibilities will cover all facets of transfer pricing, including planning, documentation, benchmarking, valuations, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements (APAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced knowledge of complex transfer pricing principles, partnering with clients to understand business models, value chains, and intercompany dealings, crafting effective transfer pricing strategies.
- Perform economic assessments, benchmarking analyses, and financial modeling to establish transfer pricing approaches compliant with regulations and business needs.
- Support clients in developing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation such as master files, local files, and country-by-country reports, ensuring adherence to local and global standards and defending positions during tax authority reviews.
- Provide expert advice on transfer pricing topics including restructurings, intellectual property valuations, and intercompany contract structuring.
- Oversee multiple client projects concurrently, managing deadlines, deliverables, and coordinating team members’ contributions.
- Mentor and guide transfer pricing professionals, fostering skill development and team growth.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or Law.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in transfer pricing within a consulting context.
- In-depth understanding of international tax regimes, transfer pricing laws, and OECD guidelines.
- Familiarity with transfer pricing related to financial transactions is advantageous.
- Strong analytical capabilities and expertise with tools for economic assessment and financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management proficiency with the ability to lead teams and juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-moving consulting environment with evolving client priorities.
