Training Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the hotel’s internal training schedule by organizing and facilitating engaging sessions that reflect organizational priorities.
• Collaborate closely with department leaders, HR, and the Training Manager to analyze training requirements, execute development programs, and conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Coordinate mandatory training sessions related to legal compliance, company policies, and vocational qualifications to ensure staff meet professional standards.
• Lead monthly assemblies with departmental trainers to monitor progress, exchange updates, and maintain consistent training delivery across the hotel.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members, oversee their development, provide effective coaching, and foster a positive and dynamic training culture.
