Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong client relationships across diverse industries.
• Proactively identify, assess, and qualify potential candidates for IT sector roles through various sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn and networking.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on IT industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to advise clients and candidates effectively.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of experience in retail or high-contact customer service roles including titles such as Sales Associate, Department Manager, or Brand Ambassador; previous recruitment experience is not required.
• A strong desire to excel and thrive within a dynamic and inclusive corporate setting.
• Motivated by results and possessing a growth-oriented mindset aimed at developing a successful recruitment career.

Compensation Details

• First-Year Earnings: €48,000 and above.
• Second-Year Earnings: €75,000 and above.
• Compensation Structure: Base salary combined with bonuses and unlimited commissions, allowing for significant earning potential.
