About the Role
Alhadef Al-Alamia Medical (AAM), based in Tripoli, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their medical team. This role involves supporting the organization and management of medical training programs as well as helping with administrative and operational tasks related to these programs.
Key Responsibilities
The appointed candidate will primarily manage training initiatives and, when needed, deliver training sessions or assist instructors.
Requirements
- Educational background in Nursing, Scrub Technology, or another healthcare-related discipline
- Prior experience within the medical field
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn, accept responsibility, and adapt to evolving assignments
