Job Overview
Join the Hilton Hotels team as a Training Coordinator where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding training programs that enhance the guest experience through exceptional hospitality. This position is pivotal in fostering an environment where both guests and team members feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the internal training schedule, ensuring engaging and high-quality programs that reflect hotel priorities.
- Collaborate with department managers, HR, and Training Manager to identify training needs, execute learning initiatives, and monitor employee development on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate mandatory training including legal, compliance, and vocational qualifications to maintain staff standards and career progression.
- Lead monthly meetings with departmental trainers to discuss progress, identify additional needs, and promote consistent training delivery.
- Provide coaching and support to team members within and beyond your team to encourage a productive and positive training atmosphere.
