Trainer

Overview

We are recruiting a Trainer for an AI and Robotics company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role demands experience in developing and leading training initiatives within technology-related environments.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Design and lead support training modules with a minimum of six months' experience in such programs.
• Manage and guide remote or diverse teams for at least six months, with a preference for backgrounds in the technology services sector.
• Develop instructional content and handle publishing tasks within Content or Learning Management Systems.
• Employ a variety of engagement techniques including presentations, facilitation, mentorship, and both online and offline training approaches.
• Oversee long-term projects and provide continuous reporting to track deliverables effectively.
• Utilize multiple communication methods to motivate and collaborate across all organizational tiers.
• Work successfully with geographically and culturally diverse teams, crossing different time zones and languages.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration is desirable.

Language Requirements

Proficiency in English plus fluency in at least one of these regional languages: Marathi, Telugu, or Kannada.

Compensation and Additional Details

The position offers a monthly salary of INR 25,000 with an additional food allowance of INR 200.
