Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Trainer based in Koramangala, Bangalore, responsible for delivering effective training sessions aimed at enhancing employee or candidate performance in sales skills. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of ₹25,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured training sessions for employees and candidates to develop their sales capabilities.
- Communicate concepts clearly and support trainees throughout their learning process.
- Assess trainee progress and offer constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Organize and prepare relevant training content and engaging activities.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning atmosphere.
- Liaise with HR and management to align training initiatives with organizational needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation prowess.
- Capability to inspire and coach candidates effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
- Preference given to individuals who are confident, energetic, and eager to learn.
Additional Information
Work location is fixed at Koramangala, Bangalore.
Salary package is set at ₹25,000 per month.
