Role Summary and Responsibilities

• Assign commercial trucks for transporting goods based on both company and client specifications.
• Engage in freight rate negotiations with truck owners aiming for cost-effective agreements.
• Source and connect with truck owners and transporters ensuring availability of trucks when required.
• Leverage a robust network of truck owners and transport brokers for operational success.
• Foster and maintain effective relationships with transport providers to guarantee smooth delivery operations.
• Monitor truck movements closely to ensure goods are delivered on schedule.
• Manage daily operational matters concerning drivers and truck logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in communicating in Hindi or a mix of Urdu and Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation aptitude paired with excellent communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of truck routes, freight pricing, and prevailing market trends.
• Capability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet placement deadlines.
