Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Trade Sales Representative to take responsibility for a prime territory and build strong connections within the Wellington trade sector. This role involves managing an established client portfolio while expanding business opportunities across Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, and Wairarapa regions.

This customer-oriented position is suitable for someone who enjoys mobility, developing relationships, and uncovering new prospects. Your primary duty will be to nurture and grow the existing Dulux clientele, predominantly trade painters across various construction sectors. This field-focused, autonomous role demands professionalism and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture robust connections with building contractors, leading painters, and influential market players.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to amplify market presence.
• Manage pricing strategies within a competitive, customer-focused framework.
• Utilize CRM systems and data analysis to enhance team outcomes.
• Drive product specification achievements through strategic partnerships and targeted projects.

Candidate Profile

• Background in sales, account management, or business development.
