About STRABAG Rail GmbH
STRABAG Rail GmbH is engaged in railway construction and modernization projects across Germany, focusing on high-quality infrastructure development to ensure safe and efficient rail transport.
Job Responsibilities
- Constructing new track systems and modernizing existing railway lines.
- Precise installation and ongoing maintenance of railway switches to guarantee safe train operations.
- Replacing rails, sleepers, and ballast as part of track superstructure renewal activities.
- Carrying out repair and refurbishment work promptly to address damage and wear, ensuring uninterrupted railway function.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a track construction or civil engineering laborer, or equivalent qualification.
- Manual dexterity, technical enthusiasm, and strong spatial awareness.
- Experience working with the client Deutsche Bahn AG is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for work assignments.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License class B.
- Proficient in German language, minimum B1 level in spoken and written communication.
