We are collaborating with a reputable, planning-focused multidisciplinary SME consultancy located in Central London. This well-established firm is expanding its Planning team due to ongoing success and a robust pipeline of projects. The position involves working on a variety of schemes including commercial, mixed-use, leisure, residential, and heritage projects across the UK.
Position Details
- Job Title: Town Planner
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
- Salary: Starting from £35,000 plus a market-leading bonus and additional benefits
- Location: Central London
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid with three days in the office

Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in UK Town Planning
- Capable of managing a diverse array of projects such as commercial, retail, residential, mixed-use, heritage, industrial, and logistics developments
- Member of RTPI or working towards MRTPI accreditation
- Background in Development Management and/or Policy
- Demonstrates a proactive, commercially aware, and collaborative approach
