A well-established, planning-focused multidisciplinary SME consultancy located in Central London is expanding its Planning team due to ongoing success and a healthy project pipeline. This Senior Town Planner role involves handling a diverse range of projects including commercial, mixed-use, leisure, residential, and heritage developments across the UK.
Role Details
- Position: Senior Town Planner
- Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in UK Town Planning
- Location: Central London
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid with 3 days onsite per week
- Salary: Starting from £45,000 with competitive bonuses and benefits

Candidate Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant UK town planning experience
- RTPI membership or progressing towards MRTPI accreditation
- Experienced in development management and/or policy work
- Capable of working on a variety of projects: commercial, retail, residential, mixed-use, heritage, industrial, logistics, among others
- Possess a proactive, commercially aware, and team-oriented approach
