About the Role

Become a valued member of our Haven team as a Touring Warden, assisting guests on our touring and camping sites to ensure they enjoy an exceptional stay. This role is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts who are friendly and enjoy engaging with people while maintaining the facilities that create memorable experiences.

Key Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival and help them settle comfortably onto their assigned pitches.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across touring amenities such as showers, toilets, and communal spaces.
• Provide guests with information about the park and local attractions, addressing their inquiries with care.
• Keep touring pitches tidy and ready for new guests, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Perform routine safety inspections and report or attend to maintenance concerns to ensure a safe environment.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous.
• Outgoing, approachable nature comfortable with outdoor work conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in guest support.
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and busy periods.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team and adjust to a dynamic, guest-oriented setting.
