Role Overview

The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies designed to attract and retain qualified employees, while supporting the organization's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee comprehensive total rewards programs encompassing compensation, benefits, and employee recognition initiatives.
• Perform market analysis to maintain competitive salary and benefits packages.
• Interpret and communicate compensation data and industry trends through detailed reports.
• Partner with Human Resources and leadership to resolve employee inquiries related to rewards programs.
• Guarantee adherence to relevant legal and regulatory standards governing compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
• Additional certifications such as the Certified Compensation Professional credential are advantageous.
