Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Define and uphold the automation testing strategy and development roadmap.
• Set standards, frameworks, and best practices for automation activities.
• Enhance automation maturity across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Track and communicate automation ROI, coverage metrics, and efficiency benchmarks.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks using Playwright, C#, .NET Framework, and API automation tools.
• Develop and run automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines, boosting regression testing efficiency and ensuring critical business process coverage.
• Lead and mentor a team of Automation Engineers through code and framework reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Assess and incorporate emerging automation technologies and AI-assisted testing solutions to innovate and improve automation efforts, including AI-led automation and self-healing testing capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to further reduce manual testing through automation improvements.
