SAP Project Manager

Role Overview

This position requires a seasoned SAP Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery, primarily for SAP and S4 HANA implementations within multinational corporation environments. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive project management expertise, including experience with SAFe methodology, and the ability to coordinate multiple vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle implementations with a minimum of 6 years experience, including at least 3-4 full implementations with MNC clients.
• Own project delivery from kickoff to completion, including planning, status reporting via Weekly Status Reports (WSR) and Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR), and JIRA management with adherence to CPI/SPI as per company standards.
• Manage multi-vendor coordination, resources, and cost plans to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive scope management through conduct of project discovery, business case development, feasibility, and SWOT analyses.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with the C&CE team for 30/60/90 day resource and project forecasts.
• Oversee schedule management across program, project, and sprint levels, ensuring Schedule Performance Index targets are met.
• Conduct risk management through detailed problem analysis techniques such as FMEA and root cause analysis.
• Manage financial aspects including SOW development, invoice accruals, forecast cost plans, and track Cost Performance Index.
• Ensure quality assurance by leading knowledge sharing sessions, collecting consultant feedback, and conducting thorough requirement reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Possess excellent communication capabilities with a demonstrated aptitude for collaborative team environments.
• Knowledge or experience in SAP / S4 HANA and SAFe agile frameworks is advantageous.
