Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and expand relations within existing accounts by selling Forcepoint’s software licenses, hardware appliances, and professional services.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to devise and execute territory-specific account and opportunity plans aligned with company objectives and sales targets.
- Proactively engage internal sales teams including Sales Engineers, Channel partners, Solutions Sales, and Executives to support client account strategies.
- Utilize the CRM system efficiently to manage sales pipelines, forecast opportunities, and close deals.
- Orchestrate revenue growth through varied, complex go-to-market strategies.
- Lead and manage multifaceted sales processes and activities successfully to meet or surpass sales quotas.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven expertise in IT software sales, particularly in security software or network technology domains.
- Demonstrated capabilities in both relationship management and new business development.
- Track record of ownership and growth of customer accounts.
- Consistent achievement of sales goals and quotas.
- Experience engaging and presenting at the C-level or executive decision-making levels.
- Proficiency in working with Channel partners in addition to direct business development.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal sales specialists and engineers as well as external partners across various organizational levels.
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as TAS and SPIN selling methodologies.
- Strong time management skills with an ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Experience serving clients across diverse industry verticals.
- Analytical mindset with accurate forecasting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, inclusive of presentations.
