Role Overview

The Termite Technician provides termite treatment services in a safe manner in line with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose termite issues by understanding termite behaviors and habits to determine appropriate remedial actions.
  • Inform customers about conditions encouraging termite activity and discuss possible treatments and structural changes that may support the treatment process.
  • Access various parts of residential or commercial premises including crawl spaces, roofs, stairways, and ladders.
  • Utilize a range of inspection and treatment tools, including handheld tools and power hammer drills.
  • Work under diverse environmental conditions such as seasonal weather variations and dusty or damp environments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functionality of all equipment and company vehicles used.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service; experience in termite control is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with eagerness to learn.
  • Flexible with work schedule, including Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.
  • Ability to obtain and retain necessary licenses or certifications as required by federal, state, and local laws.
  • Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
