Role Summary
The Template Builder role at SSBZH involves managing clinic scheduling templates, clinician rosters, and appointment availability. This position is key to maintaining precise scheduling and enhancing patient access while promoting operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize scheduling templates, provider lists, and appointment slots to improve patient access and operational workflow.
- Confirm that provider schedules are configured correctly, approved, and published on time.
- Apply approved schedule templates and changes with meticulous attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with physicians, clinical teams, and operational staff to fully utilize resources and streamline services.
- Deliver outstanding communication and service to patients, families, and colleagues professionally.
- Adhere to organizational policies, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Track scheduling effectiveness, suggest improvements, and support continuous process enhancements.
- Meet service benchmarks, quality measures, deadlines, and key performance indicators while fostering a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in healthcare appointment scheduling or a similar function in a comparable industry.
- At least three years working as a Contact Center Agent.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and hospital operations at an intermediate level.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Competent in utilizing Microsoft Office software.
