Job Overview

We are looking to recruit a dependable and customer-oriented Teller to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Candidates must be willing to relocate and work full-time, including shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately conduct customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Confirm customer identity and adhere to bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Inform customers about banking products and services, directing them to relevant staff when necessary.
• Manage and balance cash drawers at shift end.
• Detect and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities following anti-money laundering regulations.
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; a background in finance or business is advantageous.
• Prior experience in bank teller roles or customer service is preferred.
• Strong numerical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and AML standards is beneficial.
• Capability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

• Salary is fixed at AED 3000 per month.
• Shift work flexibility is mandatory.
• Location: Dubai, UAE with expectation to relocate.
