Business Development Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Engineering Graduate to join our team in Saudi Arabia as a Business Development Associate. This position involves close collaboration with the Specification Manager, working directly with consultants, clients, developers, and prominent industry stakeholders throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture solid relationships with consultants, clients, developers, and industry key players.
• Discover and follow up on new business opportunities and project leads within the KSA market.
• Assist with project registrations, specifications, technical submissions, approvals, testing, and certification processes.
• Prepare essential documentation such as pre-qualification papers, project-related documents, presentations, and product brochures.
• Maintain and update the client and consultant database while conducting market research on upcoming development projects.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure prompt response to client and project needs.
• Compile business updates, draft meeting minutes, and manage project tracking reports.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and effectively communicate their technical and commercial benefits.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of pertinent professional experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Confident, proactive with commercial awareness, and professional demeanor for client interactions.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic to intermediate skills in graphic design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop are advantageous.
• Experience or familiarity with AI technologies like ChatGPT is desirable.
• Possession of a valid Saudi Arabian driving license and access to personal vehicle; readiness to travel domestically or regionally as required.
