Role Overview

Join Vyaparaap as a Telesales Executive based in Surat, Gujarat, working from the office. The position welcomes fresh graduates and experienced candidates up to 3 years. Key Duties

• Contact potential customers using company-supplied leads.
• Identify client requirements and clearly communicate product or service offerings.
• Address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and conduct follow-ups to nurture prospects.
• Effectively convert leads into sales while meeting or exceeding targets.
• Accurately update and maintain customer interaction and sales records.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Open to freshers as well as candidates with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Applicants must possess at least a graduate degree; qualifications like BBA or MBA are advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities and persuasive skills are essential.
• A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in sales-oriented roles.
• Demonstrated interest in sales, telesales, or business development fields.

Additional Details

• Salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month plus incentives based on performance.
• Work schedule is Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Position is full-time and location-specific (office-based in Surat).
