Vyapar PVT LTD is seeking dedicated individuals to join their Bengaluru office as Customer Support Executives. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and assisting users with software-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction and avoiding escalations.
• Adhere to company processes in answering calls and managing customer interactions with professionalism.
• Perform necessary follow-ups with customers to ensure their concerns are thoroughly addressed.
• Attend mandatory training sessions to stay current on product updates and company policies.
• Utilize company guidelines to resolve issues immediately or escalate to management if needed.
• Maintain service quality by following established workflows and protocols.
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat by guiding them on software usage, troubleshooting basic issues, and logging all concerns.
• Identify potential sales leads during customer support interactions and proactively introduce the software to prospective users.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Any graduate, including freshers who will pass out in 2025.
• Basic accounting knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
• Willingness to work from office location on a 6-day weekly schedule.

Compensation
