Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Telesales Executive for personal loan products at our Noida Sector 2 office. This role involves initiating outbound calls to potential customers interested in personal loans, providing detailed explanations about our loan offerings, and successfully generating leads. Additionally, the candidate will be required to maintain continuous follow-ups and meet sales and calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to individuals for personal loan promotion and lead generation.
- Explain loan product features clearly to customers and address their queries.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication to convert leads into sales.
- Meet assigned calling and sales targets effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
- Proficient in Hindi communication to interact comfortably with customers.
- Basic computer skills necessary for daily tasks and documentation.
Additional Details
- Work Location: Noida Sector 2, Delhi-NCR.
- Salary Range: INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, plus incentives.
