Telesales Executive

About the Role

Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd., situated in Koramangala, Bengaluru, seeks a Tele Sales Executive specialized in domestic student counseling. This role involves proactive communication to educate prospective candidates about course offerings and career opportunities within aviation.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential students to outline available courses and related career paths.
• Provide detailed counseling and guidance to students and their parents, ensuring clarity on program benefits.
• Engage in lead generation, diligent follow-ups, and successful lead conversions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and strive to meet predefined sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of 12th grade or higher education (graduate level acceptable).
• At least six months of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, academic counseling, or customer service roles.
• Age range between 18 to 32 years.
• Fluent proficiency in both Kannada and English languages.
• Strong verbal communication skills paired with persuasive counseling and negotiation capabilities.
• A focus on sales objectives and meeting targets effectively.

Working Conditions

• Work schedule operates on a day shift basis from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Fixed weekly holiday on Sundays.
• Compensation includes a monthly in-hand salary ranging between ₹18,000 and ₹23,000, accompanied by performance-based incentives.
