Role Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
- Communicate insurance product details and their advantages clearly to clients.
- Generate new business leads and follow up consistently to convert them.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to both freshers and individuals with prior experience.
- No strict requirement on educational qualifications.
- Comfortable communicating over the phone with a good command of language; regional language speakers are encouraged.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
