Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Aspiring Manager, either freshers or candidates with some experience in Insurance, Healthcare, Third-Party Administration (TPA), or Claims, to oversee insurance operations including cashless approvals and claims handling. This position also involves coordinating teams and ensuring their performance aligns with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of insurance operations including processing of cashless approvals and claims.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Lead and manage team performance ensuring effective task execution and goal attainment.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to freshers or professionals with experience in Insurance, Healthcare, TPA, or Claims domains.
- Thorough understanding of cashless and reimbursement claim processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Proficient in MS Excel and experienced in MIS reporting.
