Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual, including freshers and experienced professionals, to take on the role of Aspiring Manager at Generali Central India Life Insurance Co. Ltd. This position is centered around managing insurance operations including cashless approvals, claims processing, coordination efforts, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be tasked with overseeing multiple facets of insurance workflows, maintaining seamless claims management, and actively contributing to team leadership and recruitment.
Candidate Profile
- Open to freshers or those with background in Insurance, Healthcare, Third-Party Administration (TPA), or Claims management.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes related to AIM / IC roles and skilled in handling client objections.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with effective coordination and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team management and development.
- Good command over MS Excel and expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting.
