About the Role
Visionova IT Solutions is looking to expand their team by bringing on enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives who can work remotely. This full-time telecalling position involves making outbound calls to potential clients, providing clear explanations of products and services, and maintaining effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Clearly articulate details about company offerings.
- Perform timely follow-ups with customers who express interest.
- Keep accurate records of calls made and leads generated.
- Professional handling of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Meet daily and weekly call and follow-up targets set by the company.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Good verbal communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
- Availability of a smartphone with a reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Confidence and comfort in interacting with customers over calls.
