Outbound Telecalling Executive

Overview

We are seeking motivated and self-assured Telecalling Executives to become part of our dynamic team working remotely. This role involves engaging potential customers through outbound calls to promote our products and services.

Key Duties

• Initiate outbound phone calls to prospective customers and leads.
• Clearly communicate details about our products and services.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested clients to nurture leads.
• Maintain organized records of calls and lead information.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Meet specified daily and weekly call and follow-up quotas.

Candidate Profile

• Possess good verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
• Own a smartphone and have access to a reliable internet connection.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
• Confident and comfortable engaging in conversations with customers.
